13.Q: What happens if my products have problems/damaged?

A: 1)For the FOB terms: If it’s products problems, please take pictures and send the details to us, we will take responsibility accordingly if it’s our problems; If the products have been damaged during transportation from china to your destination, we’ll assist you to negotiate with the shipping agent and we suggest you can buy a freight insurance before transportation.

2)For the CIF terms: If our products have problems, please take pictures and send the details to us, we will take responsibility accordingly if it’s our problems; If the products have been damaged during transportation from china to your destination, we’ll negotiate with the shipping agent and insurance company.

3)For other conditions: we always work closely togther with our customers to resolve  any doubts and issues which may occur.
